Our host churches are filled with people who desire to love God and love others
One thing we know is that we all long to be loved. We spend our lives searching for love "in all the wrong places". We ask that our host church be a safe place that welcomes everyone, regardless of race, religion, doctrinal differences, or anything else that might make us seem different. We are looking for a church that will accept and embrace everyone for who they are just like Jesus does. We are looking for a church that loves.

Our host church women's ministry partners are excited about the event and want to shout it from the rooftops
If you've wanted to reach out to your community and gain new sisters for the journey, this event is for you. Let's get together and PARTY WITH A PURPOSE. We know that if our women's ministry partners are excited about the event, it will be contagious and they will spread the word to other women's ministry leaders and churches in their community. There is no better promotion than word of mouth. We also ask that you and your team help display posters and flyers throughout your community.

Our host churches women's ministry partners have a servant's heart
We will need a team of twenty five (25) volunteers to help us the day of the event. We will also need a team of six (6) to help set up the night before the event (including four (4) men or women able to help with unloading and loading merchandise and equipment). All volunteers will receive a free ticket to the event.

Our host church will have a great sound system and video capabilities
Along with the sound system, we also ask that we have an amazing team available to operate all AV equipment for: 1) a sound check the night before; and 2) the same team available the day of the event. We also ask for a video recording for our use whenever possible.

Our host church will have a seating capacity of 1,500 or more
Due to budget constraints, we do require that our host church have a seating capacity of 1,500 or more to help offset costs incurred for an event of this magnitude.

Just remember, memories of love never pass. They linger, guide and influence long after the special event is over. Our prayer is that the love of Jesus will leave a deep imprint on your hearts and that hope will be renewed as you and your new sisters live a life of purpose.
